- Use availableresources to select the appropriate assessment for a learner andcomplete all required components for the client’s funding source intime for proper review
- Administer assessments including but notlimited to VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, FunctionalAssessments, and Functional Analysis
- Develop reports includingbut not limited to functional behavior assessments, individualtreatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and dischargesummaries
- Utilize behavioral skills training to teach directcare staff the skills needed for the client’s program. Monitorprogress regularly via visual analysis and make program changeswhen indicated
- Train and supervise behavior technicians in theimplementation of ABA procedures and interventions
- Developindividualized programming based on the needs of the client as wellas the caregiver.
We are looking for compassionate Board CertifiedBehavioral Analysts with
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology,Education, or related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of relatedprofessional experience working with children with autism spectrumdisorders (ASD) in a multidisciplinary team setting, preferred
- -Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in goodstanding with the BACB, required
- Works with integrity andadheres to the BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA practices, and companypolicies
- Ability to move freely, quickly, and frequently from aseated position (on the floor or in a chair) to a standing positionas well as the ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.
