Job description-Board certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) JobSummary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate BoardCertified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The idealcandidate will have a strong background in applied behavioranalysis and experience working with individuals with disabilities,particularly children. This role involves developing andimplementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments,and collaborating with families and other professionals to enhancethe quality of life for those we serve. Bonus opportunities Hourly pay Boardcertified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities Conductfunctional behavior assessments to identify the root causes ofchallenging behaviors. Develop, implement, and monitorindividualized behavior intervention plans based on assessmentresults. Collaborate with families, educators, and otherprofessionals to ensure a cohesive approach to behavior management.

Provide training and support to staff on behavior analyticprinciples and techniques. Collect and analyze data to measure theeffectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.

Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAAregulations. Stay current with research data collection methods andbest practices in applied behavior analysis. Board certifiedBehavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills Proficiency in applied behavioranalysis techniques and methodologies. Experience working withchildren and individuals with developmental disabilities. Knowledgeof special education practices and medical terminology. Strongskills in medical documentation and adherence to HIPAA standards.

Ability to effectively collect, analyze, and interpret researchdata related to behavioral interventions. Excellent communicationskills for collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams.
