Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Fort Eisenhower, GA Autism Behavior Health Therapy LLC Hephzibah, GA 30815 Job Overview Are you a driven, dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst? Do you have experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism? This role involves developing treatment plans, and directly providing behavioral therapy to children and adults. You will collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered. Responsibilities Assess behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions using principles of applied behavior analysis. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Provide training and support to families and caregivers on behavioral strategies and techniques. Maintain accurate medical records, documentation, and reports in accordance with regulatory standards. Qualifications Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is required. Experience working with individuals with disabilities. Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles, and documentation practices. Proficiency in developing effective treatment plans. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and team members. Ability to work independently.
