Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBAResponsibilities:

Initial and ongoing assessment and evaluation ofskills and needs for each client assigned to your teamDevelopmentand ongoing monitoring of Individual treatment plans, and behaviorintervention plansRegular staff training and supervision, andproviding feedback for staff enhancement and clientprogressFacilitate regular caregiver meetings and training’s toensuring open communicationSubmission of all required documents forinternal and external auditsIdentifying clients and families inneed of additional supports, such as families of clients with highrisk behavior, social skills groups, family support groups,etc.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBAExperience:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBARequirements:
