Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBAResponsibilities:

Initial and ongoing assessment and evaluation ofskills and needs for each client assigned to your teamDevelopmentand ongoing monitoring of Individual treatment plans, and behaviorintervention plansRegular staff training and supervision, andproviding feedback for staff enhancement and clientprogressFacilitate regular caregiver meetings and training’s toensuring open communicationSubmission of all required documents forinternal and external auditsIdentifying clients and families inneed of additional supports, such as families of clients with highrisk behavior, social skills groups, family support groups,etc.

Requirements:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBAExperience:

Experience with management and leadership experience andability to interact with families, staff, clients and communitypartners for coordination of careAssessments of skills & deficitsacross a variety of domainsDevelopment of individual treatment andbehavior intervention plans with continuous analysis to determinelevels progress and remaining deficitsPractice using various ABAmethodologiesExperience effectively communicating with parents andcaregivers in center, home, community and school settings forgeneralization of skills and transition trainingUse of technologyand various softwares to ensure compliance with all requirementsset accordingly

Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBARequirements:

Masters Degree in ABA, Special Education, Education,Psychology or related field.

BCBA Certification. Minimum of twoyears of experience working with children or young adults withAutism Spectrum Disorders.

Preferred:

BCBA/BCaBA Supervision andExperience and Standards module completion.

Credentialed as BCBA bythe BACB and retaining appropriate memberships certifications, andstandings with other professional groups (e.g., ABAI, First AidCertification, CPR Certification.)by Jobble
