Job Description:
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will be responsible for implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will play a crucial role in helping our clients develop essential skills and improve their overall quality of life.
Responsibilities:
Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA Collect and record data on client progress and behavior Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping improve the lives of clients High school diploma or equivalent
