K12 Public School Environment Make a Meaningful Impact as a School-Based BCBA We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a collaborative team in a K12 public school setting for the 20252026 school year. This full-time role is ideal for an experienced or emerging BCBA who is passionate about supporting students behavioral and academic success through data-driven strategies and teamwork. Whether you’re an established professional or just entering the school-based setting, this opportunity offers the chance to drive positive change in students lives while advancing your own career. Key Responsibilities As a BCBA in a public school setting, you will work closely with students, educators, and families to deliver impactful behavior services and promote student growth.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify the root causes of behavioral challenges Designing and implementing individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Monitoring and analyzing behavior data to inform adjustments and optimize outcomes Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including special education staff, school psychologists, and administrators Coaching and training school staff on proactive behavior strategies and intervention techniques Participating in IEP meetings to contribute behavioral expertise and develop student-centered goals Supporting school- and district-wide behavioral initiatives such as PBIS Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Education:
Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
Certification:
Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Experience:
Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred
