Achievers ABA is currently looking for a Board CertifiedBehavioral Analyst (BCBA) who will be responsible for developing aneffective ABA therapy treatment plan for children, providingsupervision and training to staff to oversee treatment fidelity,and collaborating with colleagues in an energetic and supportiveenvironment and focused on quality and ethics. Schedule:

Monday to Friday No weekends Board CertifiedBehavioral Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilties:

Provide regular trainingand support to direct care staff implementing treatment protocolsin home, school, and community settings Complete functionalbehavior assessments (FBAs), functional analyses (FA), and designbehavior intervention plans for clients, to include follow throughand support assistance for correct implementation Design skillacquisition protocols inclusive of developing communication, socialskills, independence, and behavior skill sets Regularly review andanalyze data to determine program and treatment outcomes and trainand support staff on correct data collection measures Provideoversight to cases, staff and family to make sure all companypolicies are followed and that treatment is provided according toethical and best standards of practice Provide regular training toparents and multidisciplinary professionals pertaining toapplications of ABA Comply with organization, state and federalregulations set forth to include professional development, safetytraining, confidentiality policies, and adhere to the BCBA tasklist Work collaboratively with other therapists, providers, BCBAs,and school staff for effective programs Demonstrate positiveattitude and professional and ethical conduct at all timesParticipate in all team meetings and company wide trainings asdesignated by supervisor and organization Maintain good standingand certification status with the Behavior Analyst CertificationBoard (BACB®) Performs other related duties as assigned bymanagement Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)

Skills andQualifications:

Hold a certification as a BCBA or BCaBA and be ingood standing with the BACB®. Experience with designing treatmentprotocols, behavior intervention plans and skill acquisitionprograms using behavior analytic principles with individuals withdevelopmental disabilities and autism Experience collaborating withother professionals and therapist to implement practices andprinciples of ABA in home, community, and school settingsExperience with delivering direct instruction/implementation ofskill & behavior protocols Experience training staff, parents, anddirect care workers in implementation of ABA Completed thesupervision and ethics requirements outlined by the BACB® Maintaincurrent CPR and First Aid requirements Under limited supervisionand much decision-making carries out supervisory responsibilitiesin accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.

Additional Supervisory Responsibilities include interviewing,hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directingwork; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees;addressing complaints and resolving problems.
