This role involves conducting diagnostic evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing behavioral therapy in a supportive environment. You will work closely with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our clients. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess the needs of clients. Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment results. Provide direct behavioral therapy to children and individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and educational staff to support client goals. Train and supervise staff in implementing behavior intervention strategies. Stay current with best practices in behavioral therapy and special education. Qualifications Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required. Proficiency in data collection methods related to behavioral analysis. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations regarding medical documentation is essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
