Student Population:

Students with moderate to significant disabilities Position Overview Seeking a skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our student support team for the 20252026 academic year. This is a dynamic opportunity to provide impactful behavior services to a growing caseload of students, all of whom have moderate to significant disabilities . The ideal candidate will be part of a supportive behavior team and will help shape a school-wide culture of positive behavioral support. Key Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Collaborate with special education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers Provide ongoing coaching and training to school staff to implement behavior strategies with fidelity Support the expanding caseload by adapting services as needs evolve Collect and analyze behavioral data to drive decision-making Lead professional development and team-based problem-solving sessions focused on behavior support Caseload & Setting Initial caseload: 5 students with complex behavioral needs Caseload growth: Up to 80 students by end of school year

Age Group:

School-aged students (specific grade range may vary) All services will be delivered within a single school site Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst ( BCBA ) certification required Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Experience working with students who have moderate to significant disabilities Strong collaboration and communication skills Ability to coach and mentor school staff in behavior support strategies
