We specialize in providing applied behavior analysis therapy (ABA), speech therapy, social skills therapy, and educational advocacy to empower families and individuals affected by autism. Summary We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at SOAR. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance their quality of life. Your expertise will directly contribute to our mission of supporting individuals with autism and their families. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the needs of clients. Develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment results. Implement ABA strategies and monitor client progress regularly. Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure cohesive support for clients. Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior management techniques. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes. Requirements Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques. Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or with developmental disabilities. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with families and professionals. Ability to collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions.
