Social Groups Spring Hill Behavioral Education Services LLC Sandwich, MA 02563 Spring Hill Behavioral Education Services is a family-centered ABA therapy provider located in Sandwich, MA. We provide in-home therapy and community-based social skills groups for children with autism and related developmental needs. Position Summary:

We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 support to children in the home and at social skills groups. This position requires consistent after-school availability from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Additional hours are available during the day to round out a full-time schedule. Ideal candidates are passionate about helping kids grow through positive, play-based interventions and enjoy being part of a supportive team.

Responsibilities:

Implement individualized ABA programs under the direction of a BCBA Provide 1:1 support in home, community, and small group settings Collect accurate and timely behavior and skills data Participate in supervision sessions, staff meetings, and trainings Collaborate with parents and team members in a professional, respectful manner

Qualifications:

Active RBT certification (required) High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred) Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the area CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Must pass CORI and background checks

Schedule:

Full-time (30-35 hours/week)

Required:

Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM Additional hours available for client sessions, team after-school availability from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Additional hours are available during the day to round out a full-time schedule. Ideal candidates are passionate about helping kids grow through positive, play-based interventions and enjoy being part of a supportive team.
