Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, createtreatment plans, and supervise the implementation of ABA therapyprograms. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, includingparents, caregivers, and other professionals, to ensure consistencyand progress in therapy. Provide training and guidance to BehaviorTechnicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) inimplementing therapy techniques. Monitor and analyze data toevaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessaryadjustments. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of clientprogress and treatment plans.
Requirements:
Must hold a valid BoardCertified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Possess aMassachusetts Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) credential.
Excellent knowledge of ABA principles and techniques. Experienceworking with children with autism spectrum disorder or otherdevelopmental disabilities. Strong organizational skills andattention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonalskills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinaryteam.
