We are seeking a full time Board-CertifiedBehavior Analyst (BCBA) or a Behavior Analyst (on track to getcertified) to provide behavior supports in our adult residentialprograms. This position offers hands on engagement with individualsand staff outside of a typical clinical setting. Responsibilities:

Serve as a member of the professionalteam for the Intensive Treatment Service homes. Work with adultswith high behaviors in an Intensive Treatment Services setting,using best practices and implementing changes as client needschange. Complete annual functional assessments to develop andimplement BSP, modify as needed. Provide direct monitoring,assessment, intervention, and applied staff training onimplementation of individual behavioral support plans. Ensure thatall behavioral services are documented and meet all criteria forbilling. Maintain system for collecting objective data regardingthe skills and needs of clients served. Maintain system forcollecting program specific information and quality outcome data.

Attend individual psychiatric appointments and inpatientpsychiatric discharge meetings. Serve as a voice and advocate forindividuals served. Collaborate with other therapists to developideas for special projects and work as a team to develop andimplement those ideas. Attend all agency, departmental and clientspecific meetings as directed. Participate in on-going professionaltraining. Must report any suspected abuse, neglect or exploitationto supervisor or department head. Comply with all standards toassure the health and safety of all individuals.

Qualifications:
Minimum:

Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology,education, social work or related field. Current BCBALicense/Certification OR BA pursuing field hours

Prefer:

two years’experience with behavior supports evaluation and services foradults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. ValidDriver’s License and auto insurance. Valid CPR and First AidCertification. Technology proficiency. Must be experienced andcompetent in profession and maintain any applicable license,training and/or certifications.
