We are a dynamic, collaborative and innovative ABA pediatric therapy agency that is looking for an experienced BCBA to join our dynamic team of committed and dedicated professionals. We service children with ASD and other developmental disabilities in-home and in school. Our mission is changing children’s lives, one child at a time! We use the most cutting edge research and developments and uses a collaborative therapeutic model to change the lives of children with autism for the better! A BCBA holds an esteemed position in the care of our clients. Requirements:
Current BCBA certification and at least 1 year of home-based ABA experience Familiarity with a variety of Clinical Assessments (such as Vineland, AFLS, ABLLS, etc.)
Expectations:
Implement data collections systems that work for you and your families Organize, review, and maintain data collection for program development on Central Reach (training available if needed) Develop behavior plans and programs to reduce problem behaviors and teach functional skills to children of various ages and skill sets Direct and supervise Registered Behavioral Technicians Work collaboratively and effectively with clinicians, office staff, families and directors Supervise ongoing ABA programs, assess performance of programs and adjust as necessary We are an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, gender identity, and sexual orientation), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable law.
