Requirements:

Must have a current BCBACertification and LABA (if applicable by state) Master’s Degree inABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education)Obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status Personal means oftransportation with a reliable vehicle Previous ABA Experience Mustbe comfortable working with families and providing in-home servicesBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Responsibilities:

As asuccessful BCBA with Key Autism Services, you will be conductinginitial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports.

Developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans andbehavior support plans for life long success. You will have amazingBTs/RBTs to supervise and train to ensure treatment plans are ontrack. Providing support, instruction, and feedback to families andcaregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors andteaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA. Otherresponsibilities include conducting functional assessments andfunctional analysis when needed and clinically warranted as well asreviewing program effectiveness, making recommendations, monitoringdata, and graph/monitor progress.
