About the Role As a BCBA at ANNA, you’ll play a key role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans using NDBI. Key Responsibilities Develop & Implement Behavior Plans :

Create individualized intervention plans based on assessments and family collaboration.

Supervise & Train :

Guide RBTs and caregivers in implementing programs and ensure treatment fidelity.

Collect Data & Analyze Progress :

Use our user-friendly software to track progress and adjust plans as needed.

Collaborate :

Communicate regularly with families and professionals to enhance the overall treatment approach.

Stay Current :

Keep up with research to ensure evidence-based practices are used. Qualifications BCBA Certification (Required) Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Experience developing and implementing behavior plans. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) experience preferred (e.g., ESDM, PRT, JASPER).
