What You’ll Do:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and reassessments,including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skillsassessments, to identify target behaviors. Develop individualizedBehavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessment outcomes.
Design, implement, and modify treatment programs grounded inApplied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Train and superviseBehavior Technicians (BTs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs),and other team members on intervention strategies. Monitor clientprogress toward treatment goals and adjust plans as needed toimprove outcomes. Ensure consistent, accurate data collection forall target behaviors and treatment objectives. Analyze treatmentdata regularly to guide clinical decision-making and ensureeffectiveness. Provide ongoing training and support to families,caregivers, and relevant stakeholders in behavioral strategies.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians,educators, and therapists, to support holistic care. Communicateregularly with families to share updates, address behavioralchallenges, and offer actionable recommendations. What You’ll NeedMaster’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or arelated field Current certification as a Board Certified BehaviorAnalyst (BCBA) Completion of BCBA supervision training LicensedBehavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of New Jersey Ability to meetthe physical demands of the role, includin: Standing and moving forat least 75% of the workday Sitting on and rising from the floor,kneeling, bending, and actively engaging with children Lifting,pushing, or pulling up to 40 pounds Work Location and Hours Hybrid(In-person and telehealth). Community (working in-home/community)with travel up to 30 miles to provide in person supervision/parenttraining. Total Compensation Range:
$85,000.00 -$111,600 (Compensation Range is base salary potential bonus) Finalcompensation will be based on a range of factors, such as yourskills, education, experience in the ABA field, certification,licensure, market conditions, and internal equity. All offers aremade in alignment with applicable federal and state laws.
