Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to promote skill development and behavior reduction. Provide ongoing supervision of treatment plan implementation to behavior technicians (BT). Provide parent and/or caregiver trainings. Collaborate with treatment team and other professionals to ensure effective treatment implementation. Analyze BT-collected data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions. Qualifications Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA). MA Licensure for Applied Behavior Analysis (LABA). Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be willing to travel within a specified region.
