BCBA/LABA
Location of clients can range from Framingham to Franklin and some points in between with as many or as few clients as you can fit your schedule. Company is willing to work with the BCBA/LABA and their schedule to create a caseload that is beneficial to both parties in both number and location. Join a small new company as a BCBA that is really making a difference! Every decision is made with the client’s best interest as the primary goal. Directly supervise a small caseload of clients as a
BCBA/LABA
with regular availability of, and oversight by, an extremely skilled and knowledgeable
BCBA/LABA.
Company employs skilled BT’s who are provided with ongoing training; there are clinical review meetings with other BCBAs and clinical director monthly; assist with, but not required to, complete initial assessments; assist with progress reports; core teaching programs available; and, if interested, opportunities to participate in research and conference presentations. The position will have after-school hours in families homes and hours to be completed on BCBA/LABA’s own time to complete paperwork/programming/parent training. The actual times can be discussed to coincide with BCBA/LABA’s current scheduling needs.

$75.00 – $95.00 per hour Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed in Massachusetts Proficient in applied behavior analysis and patient assessment Proficient in supervising Behavior Technicians and providing quality feedback Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism Skilled in behavioral therapy, data collection, data analyzation, and special education practices
