Job Description:

As aBCBA, you will perform assessments to determine the factors drivinga client’s behavior and work closely with the family to develop anintervention plan. You will work in-home and in the community withfamilies and the assigned R/BTs to implement the programs, trainthe team and caregivers, fine-tune the program, and promote thegeneralization of the plan. Responsibilities Include:

Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progressreports Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans andbehavior support plans Supervise and train Behavioral TechniciansDevelop and monitor individual behavior management protocols andbehavior intervention plans for children Provide support,instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard tomanaging challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviorsthrough the principles of ABA Conduct Functional Assessments andFunctional Analysis of all problem behaviors when needed andclinically warranted Review program effectiveness, makerecommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitorprogress Design positive behavior support and skill acquisitionplans with individualized behavioral goals Train parents,caregivers, and behavior therapist staff who implement plans withchildren on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

PreferredQualifications:

Experience with supervision and trainingExceptional interpersonal skills with strong executive functionskills 1-2 years of experience in a clinical and/or home servicessetting

Qualifications Required:

Doctoral or Master’s degree inApplied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or arelated field Active BCBA certification Active MA LABA, or abilityto obtain it within 30 days of hire Ability to be credentialed withall funders, including Medicaid Driver’s License Healthcareindustry experience Proficient in MS Office Suite Professionalcommunication skills and the ability to work with people

Schedule:

Flexible part-time and full-time schedules are available.

JobTypes:
Full Time:

$82,000.00 – $104,000.00 per year (25 billablehours per week)

Part Time:

Starting at $70 per hour
