What You’ll Do Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs. Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to BTs and RBTs, ensuring high-quality implementation of ABA therapy. Collaborate with families to provide caregiver guidance and support, helping them become active partners in their child’s progress. Work closely with Clinical Directors and fellow BCBAs to continuously enhance patient outcomes and drive clinical excellence. What We Offer You Competitive Salary
