Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those with special needs Strong knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and families Proficient in data collection and analysis to track student progress

Responsibilities:
