|Clinton| Behavior Technician (RBT/BT) Teach Us LLC Clinton, MA 01510 Now Hiring a Behavioral Technician for Clinton.
Part time:
15-20 hours Weekly.
Schedule:
After school hours Teach Us, LLC is currently seeking self-motivated individuals that want to support and foster independence for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Our Behavioral Technicians/RBTs provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their home, community or center. Within this role you will be implementing programs based on ABA principles that increase communication, self-help, social and play skills, fine and gross motor skills and more! Get paid to get your RBT certificate! Paid training provided ($500 stipend upon completion) and a pay raise after passing the RBT exam. Additional benefits include Weekly pay and 401k Matching!
Requirements and Responsibilities:
Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients and their families. Ability to provide 1:1 support in a fast paced and dynamic work environment. Physical requirements may vary with each client. Candidates must be able to sit on the floor, stoop, stand, walk, and run for extended periods of time. Implementation of ABA programing including established goals and behavior intervention plans under direction of BCBA. Proactively communicate and collaborate effectively with BCBA, families, and additional team members to support the needs of the client. Accurately collect data and complete short summaries about the therapy session on an online platform. Accompany the client in various settings such as in home, community and center locations Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Must be able to pass a background check. Experience Previous experience working with children, particularly those on the autism spectrum, is highly desirable. Familiarity with behavior management strategies and techniques within a clinical or educational setting. Experience in data collection methods relevant to tracking behavioral progress is preferred.
