Behavior Technician/RBT/Lead RBT:

What We Offer:

Sign-On Bonus Covid Pay:

An additional $3.20 per hour

Shift Differential:

Benefits Responsibilities:

Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA Record and report client progress and behaviors Assist clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment Communicate effectively with team members, families, and clients

Qualifications:
