Position Summary Behavior Implementer – Temporary Southeast Missouri State University Autism Center for Diagnosis and Treatment Temporary part time Positions are available at the Centers in Cape Girardeau and Sikeston.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to clients Implement individualized programs for children based on ABA principles Accurately record information on the client’s progress throughout the session Complete daily progress notes Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and other professionals Abide by all ethical guidelines set forth by the BACB Maintain professionalism with all staff members, clients, families, caregivers, and community organizations Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED Willing to complete training to become a Registered Behavior Technician Ability to pass a background check Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work with young children Demonstrated experience and understanding of customer service
