Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed assessments to identify behavioral issues and contributing factors through direct observation, interviews, and standardized tools. Develop individualized intervention plans aimed at modifying problematic behaviors and promoting positive behaviors, tailored to the specific needs of each individual. Implement intervention plans by working directly with individuals, training caregivers, and monitoring progress. Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of interventions by collecting and analyzing data to ensure desired outcomes are achieved. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including healthcare professionals, educators, and family members, to provide comprehensive behavioral health support. Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards, ensuring humane and respectful interventions. Stay updated with the latest research and continuing education to utilize current and effective practices. Credential Qualifications:

Post-graduate training in Applied Behavior Analysis required. State issued license. Two years’ experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), implementing/directing ABA programs and interventions. Experience in and/or knowledge of developing team member trainings.

Preferred:

Master’s or Doctoral degree in ABA/RSI accredited program. Experience working with children and their families and supervising a team. Experience collaborating with schools and providing ABA services with a variety of payer sources.

Additional Qualifications:

Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check. Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.

  • Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently (exists 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.

Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
