This role involves providing in-home and virtual ABA therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Commuting to clients’ homes for in-person services may be required. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessments. Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to guide intervention strategies. Provide parent training and support to ensure consistency across settings. Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as needed. Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Experience providing ABA therapy to children, teens, and young adults with Autism. Strong skills in collaboration, communication, and problem-solving. Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively. Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain). Vehicle required with travel between assignments, and valid driver’s license. Licensed in MO or KS.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s Degree Experience providing virtual ABA services. Bilingual in Spanish or other languages (a plus).
