St. Louis County (South/Crestwood/Sunset Hills)
Setting:
In-home and school-based
Schedule:
Full-time or part-time, sessions are 4 hours and scheduled between the hours of Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm (subject to change based on learner needs)
Pay:
$18-$23/hour As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement life-changing ABA care. You’ll work one-on-one with our patient’s families, helping children learn new skills and reach new milestones. Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a school setting Collect and record data on child behaviors Be available weekly for supervision by the Behavior Analyst Attend team meetings What We Offer Competitive pay Career Growth & flexible hours PTO and Sick Days for full-time clinical staff What You’ll Need Minimum high-school degree or equivalent – ideally looking for practicum students or candidates interested in pursuing careers within the field Obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 60 days of hire Experience working with children, and a passion for working with children with special needs Reliable Transportation Must have an active CPR Certification Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time Sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time Who We Are At Finni Health Finni Health empowers BCBAs to launch local in-home ABA practices.
