We are seeking dedicated BCBAs in North Carolina to overseeother BCBA’s caseloads for in-home, in-school, and remote ABAservices. We Are also looking to open a clinic under the LeadBCBA’s leadership Board Certified Behavioral Analyist (BCBA)

Responsibilities:

Oversee the completion of comprehensiveassessments to identify strengths and areas of need for individualswith Autism Spectrum Disorder. Develop and implement policies andprocedures based on the principles of behavior analysis. Providedaily support to staff members and families. Provide ongoingsupervision and training to other BCBAs, Behavior Technicians andother team members. Collect and analyze data to measure progressand make data-driven decisions regarding treatment interventions.

Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders toensure effective communication and coordination of care. Stayabreast of the latest research and developments in the field of ABAand Autism treatment. Participate in regular team meetings, caseconferences, and professional development activities. Ensure allServices are performed according to the insurance regulations andAuthorization and submitted for accurate and timely billing. BoardCertified Behavioral Analyist (BCBA)

Skills and Qualifications:

Amaster’s degree and educational coursework completed in the areasof child development, special education, psychology, or relatedfield. Active BACB Certification, meets BACB Supervisorrequirements. North Carolina LBA certification A minimum of twoyears’ experience working with children with Autism Active CPRtraining Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles andevidence-based practices. Excellent communication and collaborationskills. Ability to lead and supervise both BCBAs and BehaviorTechnicians. Commitment to ongoing professional development andstaying current with best practices in the field. Passion formaking a positive impact on the lives of children and theirfamilies.
