The candidates must be able to collaborate effectively as a team and be able to support one another as we assist families with being able to overcome the obstacles associated with the diagnoses, together.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The candidates must be able to write result-driven programs All must be able to work collaboratively and discuss cases (struggles and areas where all were successful) in order for the team to be able to help all clients and their family members to reach their goals. All must be able to turn in the assessments to the BCBA clinical coordinator for review prior to submitting them. Assessments must be able to be conducted in a fashion that is objective with goals that assist the client with being able to overcome the obstacles associated with their diagnoses. Family guidance and supervision must be conducted in such a way that assists the technician together with the client to be able to reach their personal and professional goals. Must have knowledge of conducting writing/assessments, and writing and implementing programs and targets. Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of conducting assessments and reviewing assessments per the job description. (AFLS, VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS-R, PDDBI, and PEAK). Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively and train others. Assist with scheduling and managing the schedule once trained.
