What You’ll Do:
Lead parent training sessions to maximize client outcomes Maintain and manage your billable utilization and your team’s productivity Conduct direct therapy and supervision as needed to support your clients Oversee clinical programming and develop evidence-based treatment plans Review data and session notes to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance Provide structured supervision for RBTs, Behavior Technicians, and ABA grad students Guide fieldwork students per BACB guidelines Ensure timely completion of assessments, trainings, and documentation Actively contribute to team meetings, center procedures, and collaborative policies Mentor staff through ongoing professional development initiatives Provide care coordination and family support as needed Hold bi-weekly check-ins with your BTs to offer feedback and support
What You Bring:
Current BCBA certification (BACB guidelines) Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities A strong clinical foundation with excellent decision-making skills A collaborative mindset and ability to lead with empathy
