What You’ll Do:

Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy and assist with daily living, recreational, and social activities Support clients in achieving independence at home and in community settings Help implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision Ensure a safe, nurturing environment for each client Observe and document behavior and physical changes, and report according to protocols Keep accurate and confidential records including notes, billing, and parent communication Participate in 10-20% supervision per month with a BCBA Report your weekly ABA service hours once matched with a client Assist with light household and vehicle-related cleaning duties as needed Uphold client confidentiality and follow HIPAA standards

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or transcripts Fluent in English and Spanish preferred Valid driver’s license, active car insurance, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle Experience with children or individuals with disabilities is a plus Passion for supporting others and strong sense of responsibility Physically able to lift 50 lbs, react quickly, and move short distances (up to 100 ft) Comfortable walking/standing for most of the day and sitting on the floor as needed Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and crawl during sessions Must pass a criminal background check Willingness to travel up to 30 minutes to provide in-home or clinic-based services Eagerness to complete our RBT training program and earn certification within 90 days of hire Why Join AutismCOE?
