Position Overview As a Behavior Technician , you’ll play an important role in supporting children with autism and other developmental challenges by delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in home-based settings. You’ll promote skill-building, independence, and positive behaviors using personalized, evidence-informed strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Offer hands-on support during daily routines, play, and community outings Encourage autonomy and help clients improve essential daily living skills Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA and provide regular feedback Accurately document session data, maintain progress notes, and update records Maintain open communication with your BCBA and attend scheduled training and supervision sessions Prioritize client safety and privacy while following HIPAA compliance standards Assist with light household activities or transportation tasks when needed Qualifications High school diploma or GED (required) Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred) Valid driver’s license, active car insurance, and dependable transportation Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stay physically active during sessions (e.g., kneeling, sitting on the floor), and respond quickly as needed Comfortable commuting up to 30 minutes to client locations Eager to earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential within 90 days—training provided Able to pass a background check Benefits & Perks Competitive hourly compensation Health, dental, and vision coverage for full-time staff Flexible work hours in the afternoon and evening (part-time and full-time options) Paid time off for full-time team members Bi-weekly pay schedule Reimbursement for mileage exceeding local travel Opportunities for career growth and supervision toward BCBA certification A supportive work environment that values balance and well-being If you’re enthusiastic about supporting families and making a difference through ABA therapy, we’d love to hear from you—apply today!
