Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilitiesand DutiesConduct intake evaluations including functionalbehavioral assessments and skills assessmentsDesign treatment plansof careSupervise and monitor the progress of behaviortechniciansDesign positive behavioral treatment and skillacquisition plans with goals tailored to the individualSuperviseand train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress ofindividualized behavior support and skill plans with ABAtechniciansProvide caring support during family conversations toensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatmentrecommendationsGraph data, adjust strategies as needed to ensureprogress, and provide routine progress summaries
JobRequirements:
Valid BCBA CertificateExperience working with Childrenand teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and otherdevelopmental disabilitiesVehicle required for travel betweenassignments, and valid driver’s license.
