7105 NC HWY 210 S, Autryville, NC 3352 Red Fox Rd, Spring Lake, NC We are hiring motivated and dependable staff to join our team at VGH , a Level III residential facility serving adolescent females ages 11-18. Come prepared to interview on the spot .

Please bring the following:

Valid Driver’s License Social Security Card High School Diploma or GED Current TB Test (if available)

Minimum Requirements:

Must be at least 24 years old Must have a High School Diploma or GED Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation One (1) year of experience working with youth/adolescents in programs such as IIHS, Therapeutic Foster Care, Community Support, or similar services Flexible schedule required (facility operates 24/7/365)

Essential Duties Include:

Assisting clients with daily living skills Administering medication Submitting accurate HRI (High Risk Intervention) notes and documentation Maintaining a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment Participating in staff supervision and training Transporting clients to appointments Providing emergency shift coverage when needed

Strong supervision and ethical practice Excellent listening and verbal comprehension Familiarity with state regulations and organizational policies Good judgment, common sense, and confidentiality Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively Walk-in interviews will be held from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM daily.
