Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a supportive school team in Cumberland County for the upcoming 2025-2026 academic year. This is a full-time, school-based position following the district’s bell schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student success
Provide training and support to school personnel on behavior strategies
Monitor and document student progress and adjust interventions as needed

Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification and license (required)
Experience in a school setting preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
