Category Schools – Behavior Specialist Job Type Contract Seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support K-12 students in a school setting located in Hope Mills, NC. This contract position spans the full school year and involves providing behavior analysis services to enhance student learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement behavior strategies Monitor and analyze student progress and adjust plans as needed Provide training and support to school personnel on behavior management techniques Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and school policies
Qualifications:
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Experience working with children and adolescents in educational settings, preferably K-12 Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage caseloads and documentation efficiently
