With multiple locations across North Carolina, we deliver compassionate, evidence-driven support in an inclusive and caring environment. Position Overview We’re hiring a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental needs. In this impactful role, you’ll help children build life, social, and independence skills through individualized, research-based intervention.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one therapy during daily routines, play, and community-based activities Encourage skill development and independence through consistent, structured sessions Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a supervising BCBA and offer valuable insights Record behavioral data, session observations, and track client progress with accuracy Keep consistent communication with supervisors and participate in required training and supervision Maintain a safe and confidential environment, following HIPAA guidelines Support with minor household tasks or transportation needs when required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required) Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities (preferred) Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stay physically active, and respond quickly to movement Willing to travel up to 30 minutes to clients’ homes Ready to complete RBT certification within 90 days (training provided) Must pass a criminal background check Benefits & Perks Competitive hourly pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance (for full-time employees) Flexible scheduling options—afternoon and evening shifts available Paid time off for full-time team members Bi-weekly pay structure Mileage reimbursement for extended travel Career development opportunities and BCBA supervision hours A team culture that supports balance and professional growth If you’re eager to make a meaningful impact and join a team dedicated to helping families, we’d love to hear from you!
