With multiple locations across North Carolina, we deliver compassionate, research-based support in a welcoming and inclusive setting. Position Overview As a Behavior Technician , you’ll deliver one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental challenges. Your role is key to encouraging independence, building functional life skills, and reinforcing positive behaviors through purposeful and engaging interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualized support during daily routines, playtime, and community involvement Promote growth and independence by reinforcing skill development in each session Implement and support treatment plans designed by a BCBA Collect, track, and input behavior data, session notes, and progress updates Maintain regular communication with your supervising BCBA and participate in training Ensure the safety, privacy, and HIPAA compliance of each session Support families with light housekeeping or transportation needs when necessary
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required) Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Previous experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred) Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and dependable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stay physically active, and respond quickly to movement Willing to commute up to 30 minutes to client locations Committed to becoming an RBT within 90 days—training provided Able to pass a background check
