Our team delivers compassionate, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in-home and in-school—never in a clinic. We are passionate about helping children grow, develop essential skills, and reach their fullest potential. Position Overview We are currently seeking a dedicated, passionate Behavior Technician to join our growing team. This is an in-person role providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes and/or school settings . Candidates must be willing and able to drive to and from work sites. Key Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Provide direct 1:1 support to children with autism Collect and record data accurately during sessions Collaborate with supervisors and families to ensure quality care Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times What We’re Looking For Passion for working with children with autism

  • this is the heart of what we do Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently with support and guidance Comfortable working in home and school environments Preferred but Not Required Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
