Appreciative of the work/life balance our supportive culture offers. We’re looking for an experienced and mission-driven Mentor BCBA to join our Autism and ABA team. In this role, you will: Supervise students pursuing their BCBA credential. Supervise students participating in our apprentice program. Provide programming experience for teens and adults. Mentor newly credentialed BCBAs to support their professional growth. Support the Clinic Director with clinical and leadership initiatives. Provide professional and clinical training for RBTs and Behavior Technicians. Create and disseminate CEs and professional development content. Collaborate on complex clinical cases, including: Intense challenging behavior. Co-occurring diagnoses. Advanced chronological age. Clients with limited therapy success histories. Participate on multidisciplinary teams across the organization (ICS, child placement, SCS, etc.) to ensure comprehensive client support. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Requirements:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the

BACB. 3-5
