We specialize in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)services, providing customized support to children on the autismspectrum and those with developmental disabilities. As a BCBA,you’ll have the opportunity to design effective interventions,mentor staff, and collaborate with families to foster positiveoutcomes.
The Role:
We’re seeking a skilled BCBA to overseetreatment plans, guide behavior technicians, and work closely withfamilies to ensure client progress. Your expertise will play a keyrole in achieving measurable behavioral improvements.
PrimaryResponsibilities:
- Conduct FBAs and design evidence-based BIPs.
- Supervise and mentor technicians to deliver high-quality services.
- Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.
- Partner with caregivers to align therapy goals with family needs.
- Ensure thorough documentation of services and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- BCBA certification in good standing.
- Master’sdegree in ABA or a related discipline.
- Exceptional organizationaland interpersonal skills.
Pay Rate:
