Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Work directly with children in one-on-one and group settings to promote skill development and behavior improvement. Collect and record data on child progress and communicate findings to the supervising BCBA. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other team members to ensure consistency in implementing therapy techniques. Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment conducive to learning and development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred). Previous experience working with children, especially those with developmental disabilities, is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A proactive and enthusiastic approach to helping children learn and grow. Willingness to learn and apply ABA techniques and principles. Must pass a background check.
