Category Schools – RBT – Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract An opportunity is available for a dedicated professional to provide specialized behavioral support within a high school setting. This part-time position is designed for individuals committed to fostering positive educational experiences for students through the application of applied behavior analysis techniques.
Location:
Louisburg, NC Responsibilities:
Deliver one-on-one support to an 11th-grade male student as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Implement and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Collaborate with educational staff and parents to promote effective strategies for student success. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and behavioral data. Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development opportunities as required.
Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in North Carolina. Previous experience working with high school students, particularly those with特殊 education needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently within a school schedule.
