POSITION OVERVIEW

We are currently recruitingclinical staff for our growing clinic and home-based operationsthroughout North Carolina who are dedicated to effectivelyproviding the best client care possible while working in oursupportive clinician-driven environment.

As a Board-CertifiedBehavior Analyst (BCBA) at Highlights Healthcare, youwill:

Supervise ABA staff for our clients with consideration ofdignity and privacy.

Monitor the effectiveness of skill-buildinginterventions utilizing ABA for children with autism.

Conductpsychological analyses and diagnostic testing.

Provide supervisionto ABA Behavior Technicians on staff.

Develop a child-specificbehavior plan in accordance with the principles of ABATherapy.

Develop and take on projects to improve client service andsatisfaction.

Develop and take on projects to improve employeeperformance, retention, and satisfaction.

Develop qualityinitiatives that will improve referral source satisfaction,measured through volume, surveys, and other reportingmethods.

Maintain knowledge of State and Federal specific laws,Tricare/Governmental programs, Medical Insurance Providers,Medicaid Waiver Programs and ensure compliance withregulations.

Promote the growth of Highlights Healthcare and assistin the pursuit of new business opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Master’sDegree from an accredited program in ABA or a related field.

CurrentBCBA Certification from the BACB.One year of experience in AppliedBehavior Analysis (ABA).Experience with programming, developing,and implementing intervention programs.

Must have a reliable carvalid Driver’s License, and proof of insurance.

Demonstrated abilityto work independently and produce high-quality results whilehandling competing priorities.

Ability to maintain positive learnerand family interactions with a high degree ofprofessionalism.

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook,Word, Excel) and related computer programs such as CentralReach.

Ability to obtain and maintain a clear criminalrecord/fingerprint clearance from the Department of Justice andFederal Bureau of Investigation per HHC and/or programrequirements.
