Responsibilities:

Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and generate progress reports. Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans. Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans. Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers on managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors using ABA principles. Conduct functional assessments and functional analysis when clinically warranted. Review program effectiveness, make recommendations for adjustments, and monitor progress through data collection and analysis. Assist the Clinic Director in overseeing daily clinic operations, including scheduling and staff coordination. Conduct session note audits to ensure quality and compliance. Assist with onboarding and training new staff members to uphold clinic standards. Lead staff trainings to promote professional development and maintain service excellence. Serve as a point of contact for staff, addressing operational or clinical concerns.

Qualifications:

Current Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Certification and NC LBA (if applicable by state). Master’s Degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education). Safety Care Specialist certification (or willingness to obtain and maintain). Previous ABA experience with leadership or supervisory responsibilities preferred. Comfortable providing in-home services when needed. Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle.
