BCBA:
Asa valued member of our team, you’ll: Develop and implementpersonalized, evidence-based intervention plans. Adhere to thehighest professional and ethical standards. Lead and mentorBehavior Technicians to ensure exceptional client care. Conductcomprehensive behavioral assessments and create tailored treatmentplans. Collaborate with families, service providers, and teammembers for cohesive client support. Supervise and train RBTs,reviewing session notes for accuracy and quality. Actively engagefamilies in ABA therapy to drive better outcomes.

Qualifications:
To join ourteam, you’ll need: A Master’s degree (or higher) in a relevantfield. Active BCBA certification from the BACB. Minimum of 1 yearas a BCBA. Current CPR and First Aid certification.
