BCBA:

Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, ABLLS-R, etc.) Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans Provide at-home, school, and on-site services as needed Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly Train and supervise RBTs and BCaBAs to ensure the highest quality care Work closely with families, schools, and other therapies (OT, PT, ST) Maintain accurate documentation and submit timely reports
