Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments (e.g., VBMAPP, Vineland, AFLS, ABLLS-R) and create individualized behavior intervention plans. Provide center-based services to children and families. Monitor progress, adjusting goals and interventions to ensure positive outcomes. Supervise and train paraprofessionals (RBTs, BCaBAs) to ensure effective service delivery
Qualifications:
BCBA Certification (or eligibility to sit for the certification exam). Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Valid driver’s license required. New Grads Welcome!
