What You’ll Do:

Engage in applied practice opportunities across varied clinicalareas such as assessments, parent training, supervision andfeedback sessions to ensure competence for your next role as aBCBA. Attend group supervision sessions to learn from experiencedclinicians and connect with other students. Implement ABA interventions and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)for children with autism. Collect data and analyze client progress to optimize treatmentplans. Assist in behavioral assessments and support other RBTs andstaff. Collaborate with families and the Mosaic team to ensure consistenttreatment implementation. Complete student units and fieldwork hours as assigned by theStudent Program Coordinator. Complete BCBA mock exams and attend study groups to ensurepreparation for the BCBA exam.

What We’re Looking For:

RBT Certification with over 1000 hours of supervised practicumexperience toward your BCBA certification. Passion for helping children with autism thrive. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Desire to learn and grow in your clinical skills to be bestprepared for your next career step as a BCBA. Completion of master’s degree or anticipated completion of master’sdegree within the next 6 months. As a BCBA at Mosaic, you can expect:
